Abstract
SAU Woodwind Quintet
The Southern Arkansas University (SAU) Woodwind Quintet is an undergraduate student ensemble with the traditional instrumentation of flute, oboe, clarinet, French horn, and bassoon. Three of the students are music majors, and we have two students with majors in the Behavioral and Social Sciences (BSS).
The students will present a diverse program of selections: originally written for the ensemble and arrangements of other favorites, including “The Arkansas Traveler”, the Official State Historical Song.
