Submission Guidelines
The application deadline is Tuesday, October 7th at 11:59pm. Eligible Participants must be enrolled at an Arkansas institution of higher learning at either the undergraduate or graduate level.
Students may enter solo or in groups.
Presentations are divided into three categories:
- Demonstration: includes, but is not limited to, exhibits such as a PowerPoints or 3D art displays or interactive presentations showcasing a technique.
- Performance: includes, but is not limited to, theatrical or dance performances, musical interpretations, re-enactments or dramatizations. Presenters should be able to complete their performance in less than 15 minutes to participate in this event. Presenters will have a designated time slot at the event.
- Poster: a presentation made on a poster, combining text and visuals, adhered to a board and displayed on an easel. Presenters should create their posters in a 36" x 48" (or vice versa) layout.)
Initial application requires a proposal for the event and must include: the type of presentation to be created, a brief description, the number of participants, and any anticipated physical display mechanisms (i.e. tripod, chair, microphone, etc.).
After submitting, your proposal will be reviewed. Acceptance of proposals is limited due to space available.
If accepted, you will receive instructions for submitting additional materials related to your project like pictures, planning documents, dimensions, and other supplementary files.
