Submission Guidelines

Deadlines:

Abstract Deadline: March 2026
Please submit your abstract here.

Submissions are due Friday, March 13th.

Create @ State Poster Templates (with college logos):
Standard poster size is 36x48 or 48x36
Header & footer bars need to remain intact on templates. Research layout detail may be altered as needed.

Poster Printing Instructions: We are offering free poster printing this year! To get your poster printed:

• Create or login to your ARCH account by clicking the "My Account" link in the top left corner.
• Click on the SUBMIT POSTER link on the Create@State page.
• Fill in the required fields, upload your file, and in the COMMENTS field type "Print my poster" along with the name of the person picking up the poster at Create@State.
• Press the SUBMIT button to turn in your file and details.

*Posters will be picked up when you check-in for the event.*

IMPORTANT: Deadline to request a Free Poster Printing is Wednesday, April 8th
