About Create@State

For over 15 years, Create@State has celebrated the innovation and discovery of our graduate and undergraduate students. Over the course of a year, students work with faculty mentors to develop research and creative works. They engage with community members, industry leaders, and academia to grow their skills. Both traditional and online students may participate.

In April each year, a day long celebration commences with performances, showcases, keynote speakers, panels, and a large poster presentation session. Posters are judged by faculty, industry experts, community leaders, alumni, and administration.

Create@State will be on Thursday April 16, 2026 with most events taking place in the Reng Student Union and the Heritage Plaza Lawn on campus in Jonesboro. For more information, please consult the Interactive Campus Map.

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Creative Showcase
