Submission Guidelines

Eligible Participants must be enrolled at an Arkansas institution of higher learning at either to undergraduate or graduate level. Students may enter solo or in groups. Presentations are divided into six categories:

• Performance (Musical)
• Performance (Vocal)
• Performance (Spoken)
• Physical Display (Tabletop)
• Physical Display (Tripod)
• Physical Display (Independent)
Initial registration is considered a proposal for the event and must include: the type of presentation to be created, a brief description, the number of participants, and any anticipated physical display mechanisms (i.e. tripod, chair, microphone, etc.). After submitting, your proposal will be reviewed. Acceptance of proposals is limited due to space available. If accepted, you will receive instructions for submitting additional materials related to your project like pictures, planning documents, dimensions, and other supplementary files.
