About ARLAH

The inaugural Arkansas Liberal Arts and Humanities Day will take place at the Arkansas State Capitol on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Undergraduate and graduate students in the liberal arts and humanities disciplines, including fine arts and social sciences, are invited to present their performances, creative projects, and scholarly work at the Capitol Rotunda. This event celebrates the power of human expression, culture, and critical inquiry while giving students a platform to engage with policymakers, educators, and community leaders. It’s a unique opportunity to spotlight creative excellence and foster meaningful connections across disciplines. Students from any Arkansas institution of higher education are invited to participate. Students may enter solo or in groups.
