The Department of Teacher Education offers over a dozen degrees and certificates at both the graduate and undergraduate level. Additionally, the department provides extensive support to current educators through the Professional Education Programs.
Our mission is to generate and disseminate knowledge through teaching, research, and service; and to apply that knowledge to improve education and the quality of life for all individuals in a pluralistic and democratic society.
