Abstract
With the rapid development of cloud computing technology, cloud storage services are being paid more and more attention and used by a lot of people. The cloud storage services not only greatly reduce the overhead of local storage for the data owner, but also efficiently implement data sharing between users. However, in a cloud storage system, data owners store local data in the cloud, thereby losing the control of the data, which can easily lead to the leakage of user data. For example, a cloud service provider can privately view a user’s sensitive data and even reveal data to users who do not have the privilege to access. Therefore, how to ensure data security while implementing access control is a major challenge for cloud storage services. This thesis proposed a three-tier storage system based on fog computing which could improve the traditional cloud storage in both security and efficiency.
