Abstract
The purpose of the capstone project was to establish clinical pathways for Occupational and Physical Therapy within a pediatric private practice setting. The DCE focused on the interprofessional collaboration of the rehabilitation team, which includes merging the care between physical (PT), occupational (OT), and speech therapy (ST).
