Description
The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) host the Student Steel Bridge Competition (SSBC), a nation-wide competition where students design, fabricate, and construct a model bridge based on a provided rule set. A group of Arkansas State University civil engineering students participated in that competition in Spring 2026.
