Description
Coral reefs in Dominica are among the most biodiverse ecosystems in the area. They provide food and resources for many people in addition to protecting coastal communities from erosion. This project examines the coral reef to algae transitions along Dominica’s coast and the biotic and abiotic causes of its potential degradation over recent years by using quadrat and GIS mapping.
