Abstract
Despite research categorizing mental health and occupational therapy as emerging, many intervention techniques from CBT principles remain applicable and fall within the scope of OT. The purpose of the Doctoral Capstone Project was to develop a healthy coping strategy by implementing a music-based therapeutic program that promotes symptom management, emotional regulation, social participation, and overall health and wellness among military service members
